A powerful system for managing Insulated glazing with Georgian bars
Bars-Way is an indispensable tool for manufacturers of insulating glass units who produce glazing with Georgian bars inside. The module is based on a library of parametric shapes to which it is possible to associate the subdivision of the internal profile by rows and columns.
The software is able to automatically calculate all the geometric data of the product: after defining the dimensions and the geometric shape of the product, it is easy to define the division into cells and from there to calculate all the data for production such as the cutting length of each bar, the position of the holes and so on. Bars-Way is integrated with the sales module and it is possible to perform all price calculations in relation to the customer price list (by number of cells, number of crossings, bar length), with adjustable surcharges in case of complex shapes. Drilling information and dimensions can be automatically sent to the profile bending machines or to the assembly line.
