It has never been so simple!
The “Geo-Way” module, included and integrated in every version of Enterprise, is the application developed by Optima to use parametric shapes for advanced geometric management in the world of glass. The use of this module does not require any geometric knowledge: every single template in the library can be used with the same ease with which rectangles are handled, the value of each dimension is easily identified and modified.
The parametric shape, whether a rectangle or a more complex shape, is inserted into the order entry page. The dimensions of the shape adapt in real time, making every operation easy and intuitive, including visual verification of any input errors. This module allows automatic management of the size increase in the case of grinding, offering the possibility of operating selectively on each side both in the case of rectangles and parametric shapes or even complex shapes imported from DXF.
Processes Management:
• Automatic Trim application according to glass thickness with the possibility of manually modifying the value and adding outgoing cuts.
• Automatic grinding offset according to glass thickness and/or type of machining on any parametric template or any profile imported in DXF
• Possibility of selecting the sides on which to apply processing on both rectangles and shapes
• Differentiated LOWE grinding management for structural glass
