The WEB Dashboards add-on module available for the ERP/MES Enterprise allows you to display, using a common WEB Browser such as Explorer or Chrome, a wide library of “dashboards” with production or sales statistics related to the data stored in the ERP database. These “dashboards” are configurable in various ways and can be fully customized by the Optima support team or, using the included editor, edited by “expert” staff.
It is possible to view all statistical information inside or even outside the organization and the use of tablets and smartphones is permitted.
The display of the dashboards is controlled by an advanced user management system with the possibility of access or exclusion for groups, customized groups up to the control on the display of the single dashboard.
Automatic update functions allow the dashboards to be used on monitors and smart TVs installed in production for real-time display of all information related to the progress of batches, orders or comparison between actual and planned jobs.
The wide range of options and tools available in the package allow you to indicate, in a clear and detailed manner, any orders that are overdue, resets to be carried out quickly, information on the efficiency of the machines, the situation of the shipping racks and much more.
The library of available dashboards is constantly expanding, but specific ones can be created for special needs. Pie charts, bar charts or colored fields in different modes and font sizes can be modified at any time to display the desired information clearly and immediately.
