The complete management of Production
Enterprise Production is designed for the planning and management of glass production in its entirety and complexity.
Structured to offer a batch production management, Enterprise Production represents an additional step compared to the Basic version and allows the management of any type of glass processing such as tempering, lamination, screen printing, digital printing, grinding, chamfering, milling, drilling and any other freely customizable processing.
Integrated production management makes it possible to reduce the exchange of information in paper format to a minimum, thus projecting the company towards paperless management, i.e. reducing the use of paper sheets to a minimum.
Order entry starts from a structure of product bills of materials integrated with the Geo-Way template management module and includes a wide range of functions for simple, fast and secure data entry.
Enterprise Production can be connected and integrated with third party ERPs through direct connection to the database using the “Connector” or by means of file import/export, allowing all information to be shared and synchronized.
Enterprise Production represents the main structure to be integrated and enriched with specific functionalities for the production management such as the Rack-Way module for the order of racks or the management of shipping racks and other specific programs such as Re-OPT, Defect-OPT combined with TV-Way and Line Manager or with the MES system for the production progress GMC-Monitor.
