The entry level version of the ERP Enterprise designed primarily for companies that produce insulating glass units, it allows management of the entire production cycle in a simple and effective manner.
It offers shared management of customers, production orders, batches and racks, as well as basic information on the progress of processing phases.
It is a minimal software solution perfectly suited for integration with Industry 4.0 systems. Simple and elementary, with the addition of the GMC-Monitor module, it can flexibly and efficiently manage the flow of data from the office to the machines and back from the plants to the office, allowing the updating, in real time, of the status of the progress of each individual workpiece and recording information on execution dates and processing times.
From software for simple glass cutting management, Basic can be transformed into a more comprehensive solution with high-level integration to automatic spacer benders, sealing machines, double-edger, sheet loading systems and more.
The addition of specific modules such as Line Manager, Rack-way, Re-OPT and Tv-Way make the control of the cutting line and subsequent production steps even more efficient.
Equipped with its own simple and intuitive order entry interface, through the different connection modes, it allows to easily import cutting data from third-party ERPs and to return data related to both waste and cutting progress.
