The “Report Designer” module, integrated into every version of Opty-Way Enterprise, is the application developed by Optima to manage reporting and printing within each program menu.
The module offers full access to data, report design/formatting, report preview and printing, and integration to other applications (e.g. email).
Each Opty-Way Enterprise menu includes a wide range of reports and printouts in standard and predefined formats that are freely accessible by the user.
In the Sales and Production versions, the end-user, coordinated and supported by Optima support, can make changes to each printout in terms of both the fields displayed and the format and structure.
The print menu is full of advanced features that allow the user to set predefined rules for language, printer, number of copies and more for each report.
Printing of 1D barcode or QR code labels is available in every menu of the program. Barcodes and drawings of shapes or geometric structures can be inserted into any report.
