“Essential”,

Enterprise Essential is our entry-level solution for complete glassworks management, covering both sales and production areas. Designed for small and medium-sized companies managing products of reduced complexity, it adds commercial functions for price calculation and management of the active cycle to the Basic version.
The “Essential” version is able to manage the processing of offers, orders, delivery notes and invoices and allows integrated management of production with cutting optimization and creation of work orders.
The calculation of the price of each composition can be referred to the simplified price lists in the database or can be set manually directly on the order line. The data flow is complete and continuous: the data from the sales order are immediately available for production management and then for billing and invoicing.
The printing of labels, with barcode or qrcode, production reports, or commercial documents addressed to end customers, are preset and designed to contain all the necessary and sufficient information depending on the context.
If you need to expand your glass business, the scalability and modularity of the Optima solutions allow you to convert the Essential version into a “Professional” license at any time without loss of data or the need to switch to a different application.
